Sadly, responsibility has many negative associations, that people tend to overlook the value (and meaning!) of being responsible. This is why people tend to blame others and their circumstances: as long as they can relieve themselves of responsibility, then they cannot be held accountable for their failures.

However, the focus shouldn&#039;t be on who to blame, but what can be done to reach one&#039;s goal. To me, responsibility simply means that it&#039;s up to me to take the necessary actions to face the challenges that I encounter on my way towards my goals. Blaming others won&#039;t bring me any closer to my goals.</description>
